Price & Product Specifications
All listed product prices are daily prices inclusive of local and VAT taxes. Product customizations, special packaging, shipping and transportation are not included. Lucendi reserves the right to change listed product prices without prior notice.
For custom orders, Lucendi is entitled to adjust the price if the production, including other costs to suppliers and those relating to shipping and transportation, are increased by more than 5% in the period from customer order confirmation and payment until delivery. If the customer cannot accept the adjusted price, the customer is entitled to cancel the order, in clear and express writing, within 7 days of the notification of adjustment. Downpayment made may be forfeited to cover all costs Lucendi may have incurred in relation to the cancellation, including but not limited to loss of profits. If the customer chooses to accept the adjusted price, production will continue as agreed and Lucendi will include the price adjustment in the balance prior to delivery.
Product specifications and features described in our website are subject to change without prior notice. All dimensions listed are nominal and approximate. Product color and finishing appearance may slightly differ from your computer or handled device screens as to how they appear in actual.
Terms of Delivery, Risk and Ownership
The customer or its authorized representative must inspect the product(s) on delivery. The product(s) will be under the care and responsibility of the customer from the time that you or your authorized representative take physical possession of the products. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you should notify us in clear and express writing of the defect within 7 days of delivery with photo proof and description. We will then evaluate and consider whether a product replacement or store credit is applicable.
Warranty & Claim Process
Nordlux outdoor lamps
Nordlux offers a 15-year guarantee on all outdoor lamps in galvanized steel, copper and brass. This guarantee applies to extensive corrosion in the form of holes in the metal caused by rust. The guarantee is subject to presentation of receipt. There is no guarantee on components which have been affected by wear and tear or mistreatment of the lights.
Nordlux integrated LED and bulbs
Nordlux and Design For The People provide a 5-year guarantee on integrated LED and a 2-year guarantee on LED bulbs.
Lucendi Integrated LED, bulbs and fixtures
Lucendi provides a 1-year warranty on regular bulbs and integrated LED, wiring and electrical defects. This scope covers manufacturing defects on material such as dents, obvious discoloration, and misalignment on visible parts. This warranty however, does not cover damages acquired during shipping, delivery or transportation.
Warranty Claim Process
Customer must bring the defective item(s) to the nearest branch or showroom within fourteen (14) days for inspection, evaluation and approval of warranty. Proof of purchase must be presented for processing.
